Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may vary by product and supplier.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by product, supplier, and destination. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout when available, but they are estimates and not guaranteed.
Multiple shipments
If your order contains items from different suppliers, it may ship in multiple packages and arrive at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number.
Tracking
If tracking is available, it will be emailed to you once your order ships. Some suppliers may take 24–72 hours after shipment to provide tracking details.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, high demand, and supplier constraints can impact delivery times. If there’s an unusual delay, we’ll do our best to notify you using the email address provided at checkout.
Incorrect addresses
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost, missing, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@copperblazeco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier and supplier.
